Jodi & Andrew - A Bowles Farm Wedding

The best part about photographing any wedding is the moment you get to hand off the images to each couple. That moment they plug their thumb drive into the computer or click on their online gallery to see the memories from their big day, relived for another moment in time. That is my "why" for being a wedding photographer. Jodi & Andrew celebrated in front of family & friends at Bowles Farm in Leonardtown, MD and their day was nothing short of incredible. In the midst of planning their wedding, they decided to write their own vows (hands down the best thing to do). Although Jodi had everyone's eye hooked on her as she walked down the aisle (stunner of a bride, duh!) but Andrew's vows were wi

Parks Family - An Indian Head Family Session

The bigger the family, the more love there is. And when you're FINALLY able to pull them altogether (most of them), some of the best moments & memories always seem to appear. I met up with Charmin & her family on a very warm day but the laughter was what really brought the warmth. And you can tell just how close these guys are all to each other. I love when I get to photograph large families because it reminds me of how close my family is with each other. When all of the aunts & uncles, cousins & grandparents are able to all finally hang out, there is seriously no better feeling. Plus, when you get grown men on a playground together with a tire swing, there is no telling what could happen! h

Chesser Family - A Hollywood Farm Family Session

Summertime always brings out the best in people & it ALWAYS brings the best kind of light that I love most: those sweet golden tones y'all! And it's just what we've been needing after the hurricane amount of rain we've been getting the last month. Haha Jonnie & Adam reached out prior about getting some "revamped" family portraits now that their girls were older. It's absolutely amazing the difference just one year can create! And in case you didn't know it before, all of these guys are phenomenal people, y'all. Like straight up some of the SWEETEST you'll ever run into. Super blessed that we've gotten closer over these last two years. When we were choosing a spot to hold their session, Jonni

Kayla & Kyle - A Weatherly Farm Maternity Session

I was so excited when Kayla reached out to me to set up a maternity session for her & Kyle (also the best name ever, just saying) so that they could help celebrate the beginning of their little girl's big start on life. My experience with them was even better once we actually met up. I always look forward on seeing how my families & couples react with me shooting around them & hands down, Kayla & Kyle were both complete naturals! Their incredible, outgoing personalities instantly brought so much more entertainment to their session & for my life! Haha I encourage my families & couples to just be themselves during each shoot & these guys had NO trouble doing just that. Kayla & Kyle will be exp

Emily & Nick - A Great Falls, MD Engagement Session

Do y'all ever plan for something & picture it being AMAZING? Well that's exactly how I thought & felt about Emily & Nick's engagement session at Great Falls, MD! Everything fell into place so perfectly (after the major traffic jam of course) & we couldn't get enough of the landscape the park had to offer. Between the two of them being incredible & that gorgeous golden light, I was in HEAVEN! How much more could we ask for? Our first calendar date fell through due to all of the rain we've had so we rescheduled to this past Monday & the sun came out just for us! But because we DID have torrential downpours for a month straight *insert eye roll emoji*, the falls were RAGING wild & it caused all
